Marketplace rules & LowGuard

Clear rules protect both sides. Breaking them can lead to warnings, offer removal, suspension or a permanent ban.

🛡️ LowGuard: buyer protection

• Every payment is held by LLoot. The seller is not paid until the order is complete.
• An order completes when the buyer confirms delivery, or automatically 72 hours after the seller marks it delivered if no dispute is opened.
• If the seller does not deliver within the guaranteed delivery time, the buyer can cancel for a full refund to their LLoot balance.
• If the item is not as described, the buyer can open a dispute within 72 hours after delivery.
• Protection only covers trades and messages made on LLoot. Anything agreed off-platform is not protected.

Rules for buyers

• Read the offer description and attributes (server, region, platform) before buying. Region-locked codes are not refundable once revealed.
• Pay the exact amount, on the network shown, from a wallet you control. Paste the transaction hash on the order.
• Give the seller what they need right away: in-game name, player ID or availability.
• Confirm the order only after receiving everything. Confirmation releases the funds and cannot be undone.
• Never pay or talk outside LLoot. Never share your account password unless the service requires it (piloted boosting).
• Leave honest reviews. Reviews can only be posted after a completed order.

Rules for sellers

• Verification: identity check before the first withdrawal.
• One offer, one product: title, description, attributes and price must match exactly what is delivered.
• Real stock only: keep stock up to date. Selling items you do not have is not allowed.
• Deliver on time: the delivery time you set is a guarantee. Late orders can be cancelled by the buyer.
• Wait for "paid": never deliver before the order shows paid.
• Stay on platform: no emails, Discord, Telegram, links or social handles in offers or chat. No off-platform payments.
• Proof of delivery: keep screenshots or video of each trade. It is your evidence in a dispute.
• No review manipulation: no fake orders, no buying reviews, no pressure on buyers for 5 stars.

Prohibited on LLoot

• Stolen, hacked or phished accounts and items.
• Cheats, hacks, bots, scripts, exploits, mod menus sold as software, or ban-evasion tools.
• Gift cards or top ups bought with stolen payment methods.
• Personal data, real-world services unrelated to games, adult content, or anything illegal in the buyer's or seller's country.
• Recovering an account after selling it ("pull back"). This means a permanent ban and the buyer is refunded from the seller's balance.

Delivery standards by category

• Currency: delivered in-game with the method listed. Screenshot of the trade required.
• Items: delivered in-game or via platform trade. Exact item, quantity and rarity as listed.
• Accounts: login details through the order chat, with email access if stated. The seller must not keep access.
• Boosting: progress updates in chat. Piloted orders use a VPN matching the buyer's region.
• Top ups: sent to the player ID given by the buyer. No password needed.
• Gift cards: code delivered in chat, never used, region as listed.

Account warranty

• Every account sale includes a 7-day warranty. Sellers can offer 14 or 30 days.
• For accounts, the seller's money stays pending until the warranty ends.
• If the account is recovered, banned for prior actions, or not as described during warranty, the buyer gets a replacement or a refund.

Disputes

1. The buyer opens a dispute from the order page and explains the problem.
2. Funds are frozen. The seller has 24 hours to respond in chat or fix the issue.
3. If not solved, the LLoot team reviews the chat and the evidence.
4. Outcome: full refund, partial refund, or release to the seller.

Payouts

• Completed sales move to your available balance. Account sales become available when the warranty ends.
• Withdraw from 10.00 USD in USDT (TRON), USDT (Polygon), USDC (Polygon), USDT (Ethereum), Bitcoin.
• LLoot charges no withdrawal fee. Payouts are sent manually, usually within 24 hours.

Seller levels

Penalties

• Warning for a first minor issue (late delivery, unclear description).
• Offer removal for misleading or prohibited offers.
• Temporary suspension for repeated late deliveries, high dispute rate or contact sharing.
• Permanent ban and balance hold for fraud, pull-backs or stolen goods.
